We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in a forest just a short drive from the nearest town. The location in an old castle added a touch of charm and history to our experience. Our room was well-appointed, with all the necessary comforts including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for staying connected.

They are cheats. They advertise a/c and free parking. Then they tell you a tour bus is filling their parking lot and you have to pay them and they will take care of city parking. Absolutely no air conditioning. It was cool outside but room was insufferably hot. Their attitude was that they didn't care by staff and management. You should remove them from your list or remove the "a/c and free parking" from description. Everyone was complaining.

The breakfasts were adequate with hot and cold options, and the coffee was decent. the location of the hotel was easy to access from the highway, making it convenient for a business trip. the staff were friendly and willing to assist me with directions to local attractions and dining options.

The room was outdated and the decor looked tired. the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were too flat.
